How can you work those into some actions that will help you and the organisation become more effective and be a more enjoyable and rewarding place to work?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nSo, as we enter the period where we have cleared our desks and are stocking up for the festive season it is worth looking forward to the challenges and projects that we want to take on in 2016 and spend a bit of time thinking outside-in. \u00a0I\u2019m sure you will find it useful. \u00a0Please do write any thoughts on how else you and others could use this type of thinking.<\/p>\n
